Preheat the oven to 200oC set to fan and roast the peppers for 20-30 minutes. Use the peeler and slice the cucumber in thin, long slices. Put them in a bowl and add salt and pepper. Use the peeler to get thin slices from the Graviera cheese too. Remove the skin and seeds from the peppers and cut them in slices. Serve in a platter, place the cucumbers in rolls, add the Graviera peels, the nut seeds, the dill coarsely chopped, and on top place the peppers. Add oil, salt and pepper and serve.
